Global G21 160 mm Boning Knife

The G-21 Boning knife has a fine 16 cm  blade tapering to a narrow point, which makes it easier to work around bones preserving the surrounding meat. This Knife is used for removing bones from meat. Furthermor, being a flexible knife, its blade bends easily.

Cook's knives are used for general preparation, especially of large vegetables. Fluted (also known as Granton edge) to reduce sticking to the blade. Razor sharp edges and comfortable handle combine to make a very popular knife.

Global Knives are made from Cromova 18 stainless steel and are Ice Hardened to Rockwell 56-58, giving a keen edge which is easily sharpened.
